In the current era of golabalisasi, promotional activities are very important to be able to market products / services to the general public, namely using a modern marketing concept known as e-Commerce system (online marketing). With e-Commerce system is expected, is expected to market services Laras Florist better. The research objective of applying e-commerce services in marketing Laras Florist services is expected to be achieved, namely (1) Designing a system that can perform analysis and data processing related to promotional activities. (2) Reach wider marketing and facilitate consumers to make ordering transactions easier. (3) Designing systems and software that can generate output relating to the promotion or marketing of services to the Florist Larry. (4) Comparing the effectiveness and effectiveness of information systems designed with the current system. The results of this study will be useful (1) Provide alternative system proposal to Laras Florist which later can be used to facilitate the work in promotional activities and sales services (2) From the existing system will be able to help Laras Florist in sales services flower board. The population of this study are consumers who have been shopping at Imam Market Kisaran. This study aims to reveal: Influence Leadership, Competence, and Cultural Organization partially and imultan to the performance of lecturers STMIK / AMIK Royal Kisaran. The population of this study are all lecturers on campus STMIK / AMIK Royal Kisaran which amounted to 82 people. The analytical method used by using regression analysis and data was processed using SPSS software aid Version 20. Code-switching is a phenomenon that happening nowadays in daily conversation that used by teenager and adult. It’s occur not only in conversation, social media and networking but also in printed media. This research attempt to know if there any code-switching that used in an english course, the function and who are the user of it. This research subject consist of 3 students and an english teacher. The data consist of audio-recordings of authentic teacher and student conversation held in the English course. From the result of the research: There is function of code-switching in an English course, the functions of code-switching in an English course are happen to change in situation and the teacher is the most participants who used code-switching in an English course. This study aims to describe the discrimination found in Tere-Liye's Amelia novel. To obtain the data used structural theory. The method used in this research is qualitative research method by way of descriptive analysis. The reason the authors use these methods because the authors attempt to describe the discrimination contained in the novel that became the object in this study. Data collection in this research is done by literature review technique and documentation technique. The author uses this documentation technique by reading the data source in the form of a novel with the purpose of identifying the data in accordance with the theory used. After obtaining research data, further analysis of research data is done by content analysis techniques. The process of data analysis is done by mastering and understanding the novel elements, identifying and analyzing discrimination. The results of data analysis show that there is discrimination contained in Tere-Liye's novel Amelia. the discrimination contained in the novel is the attitude of the community that does not allow the youngest child to go to school outside the region, the lack of freedom to express opinions, the youngest child in the family must stay and stay at home. This study is focused on the speaking skill of M.Ts. Muhammadiyah students on grade VIII because the writer saw that their speaking skill is still so low. Role-Play is a classroom activity which gives the students the opportunity to practice the language. In this study, the writer used the experimental research design which it needs the pre-test and post-test to know their progress in speaking. In experimental, there are control class (conventional class) and experimental class. The writer have to make the treatment for experimental class so that it can be seen their progress after doing the treatment before taking the post-test. In findings data, the writer has got the score of control and experimental classes’ pre-test; the control class average score is 60 and the experimental class is 63, 47. The post-test score average, control class is 65,21 and experimental class is 81,73. In pre-test, the lowest score either in control class or experimental class is 50 and the highest is 80. In post-test, the lowest score is still 50 and the highest score is still 80 , but in experimental, the lowest score is 70 and the highest score is 90. The value of the t-test is 5.41 and it means that 5,41 > 2.66. Finally, the t-test is higher than t-table for both the significance level. (5.41>2.00 and 5.41>2.66). This study aims to find out and describe the phenomenon of language usage in the city of Binjai especially on the road Teuku Imam Bonjol. Implementation of the method is done by literature review method is by reading books, opinions of experts and related articles and methods of field research is by conducting interviews of local residents. The phenomenon of language can be divided into two types of positive phenomena and negative phenomena. Examples of positive phenomena include Indonesian language has been well developed among the public, the Indonesian language has been used in the products of foreign companies, both in the packaging, procedures of use and product information produced. The study is aimed to find out whether there is a significant difference in the speaking ability between the First Semester of STMIK Royal in Kisaran who were taught by Technology video and those who were not, in the academic year of 2016/2017. This research was classified as a quasi-experimental study. It involved 68 students of two groups for mojoring information System, semester 1 for class G as the experimental group and Class H as the control group. The experimental group was taught using video, whereas the control group was taught using the module-based technique for English Speaking Club (ESC) at STMIK Royal in Kisaran. The results of the research show that there is a significant difference in the English speaking Club (ESC) between the students who were taught by video and those who were taught by using the textbook-based technique. The significance value calculated 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (P-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, the hypothesis of this study is accepted. It means that the video technique significantly improves the students’ speaking ability in the English teaching at Stmik Royal in Kisaran for ESC. Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education on cooperation materials of Southeast Asian countries by applying Jigsaw learning model. Subjects in this study were the students of class VI SD Negeri 010097 Selawan distrcit Eastern Kisaran City academic year 2016/2017 amounted to 30 students. The results obtained that the results of the learning process after research efforts to improve learning outcomes by applying the model of learning Jigsaw material Cooperation South East Asian countries Citizenship education lessons reached an average value of 72.33 in cycle I. After motivated conducted research through cycle II average value average to 83.83. The learning outcomes in cycle I reached the classical learning completeness of 76.75% after cycle II was done reflection and the 90% classical completeness learning recommendation. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education on the cooperation materials of Southeast Asian countries are increasing by applying Jigsaw learning model. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 010097 Selawan kec. Kota Kisaran Timur TP. 2016/2017 berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil proses belajar setelah penelitian upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw materi Kerjasama Negara-Negara Asia Tenggara pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mencapai nilai rata-rata 72,33 pada siklus I. Setelah termotivasi dilakukan penelitian melalui siklus II nilai rata-rata menjadi 83,83. Hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 76,75% setelah siklus II dilakukan refleksi dan rekomendasi ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai 90%. Dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada materi kerjasama negara-negara Asia Tenggara meningkat dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw. Abstract: the purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes through the jigsaw learning model of control circuits on electronic subjects. Subjects in this study are students of class VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Pulau rakyat academic year 2016/2017. The results of research in cycle I obtained the average value of students by 75.61 with the percentage of classical learning completeness of 73.61%. The results of research in cycle II obtained the average value of students of 84.93 with the percentage of classical learning completeness of 92.3%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes through jigsaw learning model of the control circuit on the subjects of electronics in students of class VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Rakyat academic year 2016/2017. Hasil penelitiaa pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 75,61 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 73,61%. Abstract: This research is conducted as an effort to improve learning outcomes with the model of learning Mnemonic on the subject of civic education material role of Indonesian foreign policy. Subjects in this study were students of grade VI SDN 014676 Silau Maraja district Setia Janji academic year 2016/2017. Learning process after learning result using Mnemonic learning model in cycle I reaches average value 79.18 with classical learning completeness equal to 60%. Learning outcomes in cycle II reached an average grade of 89.4 with 90% complete classical learning. It can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes with the model of learning Mnemonic on the subject matter civic education role of Indonesian foreign policy on students of class VI SDN 014676 Silau Maraja district Setia Janji academic year 2016/2017. Abstract: The problems in this research are the lack of parental responsibility in educating and growing the faith of the child. The purpose of this study is to explain how Christianity's principle of Christian Religion is based on Deuteronomy 6: 4-13 to every member of the Christian family and to explain how to build a Christian religious education in the family to every member of the Christian family. Research subjects undertaken by researchers is about the Christian family of BNKP Hosiana Church congregation. From the interviews that the authors found there are some things that hinder the Christian family does not apply the principle of Christian Religious Education in the family based on Deuteronomy 6: 4-13, namely: less time, limited time, laziness, procrastination, occupation, occupation, temptation / problems, can not control the emotions, the background of parental faith and the low awareness of parents of the importance of the introduction of God for children from an early age. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan bagaimana prinsip Pendidikan Agama Kristen berdasarkan Ulangan 6:4-13 kepada setiap anggota keluarga Kristen dan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana cara membangun pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam keluarga kepada setiap anggota keluarga Kristen. Subyek penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah seputar keluarga Kristen jemaat Gereja BNKP Hosiana. Dari hasil wawancara yang penulis dapatkan ada beberapa hal yang menjadi penghambat keluarga Kristen tidak menerapkan prinsip Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam keluarga berdasarkan Ulangan 6:4-13, yakni: waktu yang kurang, waktu terbatas, kemalasan, menunda-nunda, pekerjaan, kesibukkan, cobaan/ masalah, belum bisa mengendalikan emosi, latar belakang iman orang tua dan rendahnya kesadaran orangtua akan pentingnya pengenalan Tuhan bagi anak sejak dini.
